In addition to your school counselor, there are support staff in your school who are there to provide the help you need. Depending on your school, these adults have different titles, including
Resource Specialist,
Social Service Liaison or
SAP Assessor.

EMERGENCY HOTLINES
Mental Health Delegates: 215-685-6440
Trained delegates approve involuntary commitment applications, provides authorization for emergency services, dispatches mobile emergency teams for home visits and provide access to crisis residential centers.
Suicide and Crisis Intervention Hotline: 215-686-4420
Trained suicide/crisis intervention staff provide counseling, consultation and referral for people seeking assistance for acute psychiatric needs.

The Family Planning Council
The Council supports agencies that provide a range of reproductive health services, such as for birth control, STDs, and pregnancy. The AI Center provides support and real life tools for Philadelphia dependent youth transitioning into adulthood. This one-of-a-kind center provides guidance, a multitude of resources, a chance to earn and save money, career counseling and life mentors.
